Calling all Art of Dance dancers: LET’S GO DANCE! This Thursday night, 30 July, there is a UW-Madison Ballroom Dance Association (UWMBDA) dance which we are planning to attend. It is tentatively scheduled for Great Hall in Memorial Union, with open dance from 9:00 – 12:00.

UWMBDA dances are a great opportunity to put all of your new dance moves to use! They are open to both students and non-students, and play a mix of music that will include salsa, merengue, rumba, cha cha, waltz, fox trot, tango, swing, and many others!

General dancing will start at 9:00 (note the later time). ADMISSION IS FREE! Check the UWMBDA webpage for more details.

Dress for UWMBDA dances is casual–jeans and a T-shirt are normal. Please bring non-street shoes to dance in!
